Donald J. Currie, 90, of Avon Lake, an optician who retired from Jones Optical in 1982, served in the Army during World War II and sang with the Avon Lake Men’s Chorus, died May 28.
Calling hours are 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, at Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon-Belden Road.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 2, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 32929 Lake Road.
