Menu For the Future - Local/Sustainable Food Discussion Group
Join in a community conversation about our food systems as part of SUSTAINABLE CLEVELAND 2019’s Year of Local Food.
The Menu for the Future six-week Discussion Group is based on a course published by the Northwest Earth Institute. The conversations:
- Explore food systems and their impact on culture, society and ecological systems.
- Offer insights into agricultural and individual practices that promote personal and ecological well-being.
- Challenge participants to consider their role in creating or supporting sustainable food systems.

The discussion group is free; space is limited, so registration is required (contact Jessica DuPlaga, via the Avon Lake Patch website). The course book costs $20.
