Candidate Statement:
As your Ward 2 Councilwoman, I will continue to represent you. I believe that residents deserve to be represented by a resourceful advocate who will insist on fiscal responsibility to continue improving the effectiveness of City Government. By maximizing opportunities for economic development, I will pursue sustainability while maintaining the City's services. My work on environmental issues is reaping rewards for all of the City’s residents.
Although there are several goals, I believe the most pressing issue before the community is to provide for a permanent economic solution that sustains the local labor force, infrastructure, and services to benefit the entire community. Telephone me at 440-933-4644 or visit my website at www.ForAvonLake.com to stay up to date with news about Avon Lake and to become involved in the solutions that are before us.
Below are key issues for a financially sustainable community:
1) Improve effectiveness of City government
· Assess present government structure, inventory and assets
· Eliminate waste and duplication as a guardian of taxpayers' dollars
· Seek out shared opportunities between agencies and other entities
2) Maximize opportunities for Economic Development
· Transform our coastal advantage into an opportunity for economic sustainability
· Capitalize on enhancing existing businesses
· Attract new businesses
3) Maintain our excellent City services
· Keep Avon Lake safe
· Continue street and infrastructure maintenance
· Improve traffic control and bike safety
I'll look forward to seeing you at the Fenderbosch Oktoberfest Fundraiser at the American Legion on Saturday, October 29th from 6pm - 8pm to more thoroughly discuss these issues. For tickets and to RSVP contact me at Jennifer@ForAvonLake.Com.

Dedication and common sense are very distict characteristics. If having one caused the other to be lacking, Jennifer would be described well by citing her dedication overflowing. Even though her seat remains unopposed, she remains astoundingly dedicated, yet confused. I personally hope she is just passing through our planet on her way to some simpler star system.
Kathleen, a colleague of mine wanted me to say hello and ask what's up count chocula?
