Clara "Claire" (Mayo) Curley, 76, of Avon died April 19.

She was born in Cleveland on Dec. 7, 1935, to Carl and Mary Grace Mayo. She was a loving wife to late husband James Curley for 50 years.

Curley is survived by children Therese Minella (Tom), Joe Curley (Mary), Diane Gardner (John) and Jim Curley (Jennifer); grandchildren John, Charlie, Grace, Anthony, Madeline, Sophia, Cameron, Claire, Ella and many nieces and nephews.

As well as her parents and husband, Curley is preceded in death by siblings Dominic, Mary, Carl, Angelo, Lucille, Sue, Josephine, Joe, Tony and Delores.

Calling hours are 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, April 22, at Busch Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Holy Trinity Church, with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
