Donna S. Leavitt (nee Mullins), 63, passed away on June 27, 2012. She was born on May 25, 1949.

She was the beloved wife of the late Terry; loving mother of Amy Shoaff (Terry) and Terri Leavitt-Timko (Michael); devoted grandmother of Kayla, Megan, Briana, Alexis, Emily & Michael & great grandmother of Katelynn and Alivia; dear sister of Erna Thomas and the late Curtis Mullins and Jackie Lee Bragg.

Services were held on June 30 at Busch Funeral Home. Entombment was at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Avon.
