Eldon G. Turner, 85, Served in World War II

Eldon G. Turner, 85 of Avon Lake, formerly of Windsor, IL, passed away, Friday, March 30, 2012 at The Renaissance, Olmsted Township, following a brief illness.

Mr. Turner served his country during WWII as a member of the United States Coast Guard.

He is survived by children Janet L. St. George (David) and Harry J. Turner (Kristin Sutfin); grandchildren Daniel and Leigha St. George and Kristin's children Heather, Cathrine and Rachel and their children Isabella, Austin, Hunter and Chase; as well as other nieces and nephews.

Visitation is at the Busch Funeral Home on Friday, April 6 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Funeral services are Saturday, April 7 at 10 a.m. at Busch Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 11 a.m. at Resthaven Memory Gardens, 3700 Center Rd., Avon.
