Excedrin Migraine Being Shipped to Stores
Product has been off the shelves since January recall
Migraine sufferers, relief is in sight.
Novartis, the manufacturer of Excedrin, announced Monday in an email to customers that Excedrin Migraine, which has been off the market since a January recall, is being shipped to stores this week.
Novartis said for those seeking relief, Excedrine Migraine should be back on store shelves in the next few weeks.
Excedrine Migraine was one of several products recalled by Novartis in January after an internal investigation and complaints of "broken gelcaps, chipped tablets and inconsistent bottle packaging line clearance practices."
Other recalled products included Bufferin, Gas-X, No-Doz and other Excedrin products.
The company announced in August that production had resumed on Excedrin products.

Wonderful! I've suffered from migraines for most of my life, and nothing has worked like excedrin gel caps. I've been trying store brand generic tabs, but relief is slow or often no relief at all and have been in bed with ice packed around my head.
Gel caps are the fastest way I have ever found, often working within an hour of taking them.

I am so GLAD to see Excedrin Migraine coming back to stores be happier when the geltabs get on the shelves. Nothing helps my headaches like Excedrin Migraine Geltabs. Not even Imitrex. Thanks for the hard work.
