Five Things: Falling Leaves, Rummage Sale and a Clambake

Some great ways to spend a fall weekend!

  1. It looks like we will be approaching peak fall foliage colors over the next week. Share your tips and photos!
  2. Get your frugal on with some sweet bargains at the Avon United Methodist Church Rummage Sale Friday and Saturday. With all the money you saved, treat yourself to coffee and a snack there, too!
  3. Have some family fun Saturday at Petitti's Fall Festival, complete with entertainment, a costume parade, a magic show and pony rides.
  4. Nothing says fall in Northeast Ohio quite like a clambake. Enjoy one while helping Keely Imel in her battle with brain cancer at Klambake for Keely on Saturday at Two Bucks.
  5. Bring the family to the Avon Lake Presbyterian Church Fall Festival and Cornhole Tourament on Sunday. There will be loads for the kids to do, including face-painting, pumpkin-painting, a bounce house, crafts and a costume contest.
