Half Million Dollar Avon Property Tops Lorain County Transfers
Once again, Avon and Avon Lake represent 6 of top 10 costliest transfers this week
This week, six of the 10 top property transfers were from Avon or Avon Lake. Avon counted four single –family homes in the top-10, while Avon Lake had two.
Topping this week is a single parcel on Fieldcrest Circle in the Woodbridge Subdivision in Avon. According to the Lorain County Auditor’s Office, the property is still undeveloped.
Avon and Avon Lake have consistently had multiple homes in the Top-10 costliest properties transferred each week through the auditor’s office.
