No lawyer could have saved him. He should have either taken the best deal he could get or ratted, like the others who were smart.

Does this mean he has to give back the Tiki Hut that was constructed for him in his back yard?
Can Avon, OH Patch participants find out when the Sheriff's Auction will put that up for sale.
Now we need to put the Plain Dealer, Chronicle Telegram and Morning Journal managers and editors in prison cells next to Jimmy Dimora since they themselves are engaged in "racketeering" with their insurers as it pertains to the "non-owned auto" provision/rider to their General Liability Policies for their newspaper delivery drivers
Ditto with Republican Presidential Candidate Herman Cain (Godfather's Pizza) , Mitt Romney (BAIN CAPITAL/Dominos Pizza), Papa John Schnatter (Papa Johns), Mike Illitch (Little Caesar's)
Their drivers too do not carry commercial insurance and the racketeering that supports that is found in that "non-owned auto" provision/rider.

Peter,
A lot more than the tiki hut lol. After the jury verdicts were read, federal prosecutors did file papers with the court that they intend to seize Dimora's home (I believe the process is called "forfeiture") in Independence to help pay for what he owes. They've also stated previously they'll also go after his pension & other benefits he accrued while commissioner. The jury returns next week to decide all of that (plus it has to be decided how much Dimora actually owes).

Jimmy Dimora owes me money! Darn. Well at least with interest that 10 bucks he owes me will be worth $10,000 when he get out!
