John T. Reddy, 75, of Avon, passed away Sept. 29, 2012.He was born in Cleveland on Feb. 21, 1937.

John was a retired Cleveland fire fighter and US Navy veteran.

He was the beloved husband to Katherine "Kay" (nee Ginley); loving father of Mary, Thomas (Nancy), Katie Hall (Chuck), James (Kelly) and Eileen Hamm (Tony); adoring "Papa" to Tricia and Erin Reddy, Connor and Kevin Hamm and John Reddy.

A funeral Mass will be held at Holy Trinity Church (33601 Detroit Rd., Avon) Thursday, Oct. 4 at 10:30 am.. Friends may call at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Westlake, 25620 Cener Ridge Road (West of Columbia), Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 4 p.m. -8 p.m. 

Interment is private.
