Marijuana in Car Leads to Charges
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A moment of bad driving proved costly to a man on April 30.
Avon police spotted the man driving off the right side of Interstate 90 in the eastbound lanes around 8:46 p.m.
After he was pulled over, the man was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Drinking and driving don't mix
Avon police arrested a man for DUI near the intersection of Route 83 and Chester Road around 2:50 a.m. on April 27.
David Hamilton, 22, was also cited for stopping in the roadway.
