Myrtle P. "Pat" Grove (nee Russell), age 80, of Avon Lake passed away unexpectedly at Medina Hospital in Medina on Feb. 2, 2013.

She was born April 1, 1932 in Acosta, PA and had resided in Avon Lake for the past 52 years.

Mrs. Grove was employed for 20 years at St. John West Shore in Central Supply. She was a longtime member of College Heights Baptist Church, Elyria. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, and time spent with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Grove is survived by her children William R. (Carol) of Cleveland, OH, Linda K. (Dan) of Shelby, OH, Ronald J. (Donna) of Avon Lake, OH, and Peggy S. (Gary) of Litchfield, OH; ten grandchildren Carolyn, Jennifer, Brandon, Matt, Megan, Brett, David, Brooke, Carrie, and Cheryl; four great-grandchildren Zia, Joshua, Alexandra, and Kennedy.

She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert R. Grove in 2010; parents Donald and Naomi Russell (nee Nicklow).

Friends may call 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8 at the Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon-Belden Road, Avon Lake.

A funeral service will be in the Mausoleum at Resthaven Memory Garden, 3700 Center Road, Avon, on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 11am. Rev. Dr. Darrell Deer, Pastor of College Heights Baptist Church, will officiate.
