Woman caught using fake identity to get prescription drugs

 

A car parked on the 36000 block of Detroit Road had a window smashed sometime before 7:19 p.m. on May 10. A GPS unit was stolen from the car.

Nice Try

A woman was arrested after trying to use a false identity to get prescription drugs at Westshore Primary Care.

An employee called Avon police after the woman used the name of a former patient  at Westshore Primary Care to try and get a prescription. The employee recognized the name and knew that the former patient had moved out of Ohio. 

Bonnie Holstein, 56, was charged with deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
