Stealing Pills Isn't Very Neighborly
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A Carleen Avenue resident told Avon police on May 6 that she’d let someone from the neighborhood into her home that day and discovered, after the person had left, that close to 30 of her oxycodone pills were missing.
Attempted burglary
Someone attempted to break into Avon United Methodist Church sometime on or around May 8.
There was some damage to the storm window on the southwest corner of the building. Police have no suspects.
