Okay, I know it's a little bit early to discuss Thanksgiving, however, I wanted to inform everyone of this wonderful event called a Compassionate Thanksgiving.  So let's talk turkey or in this particular case tofurkey!  A Compassionate Thanksgiving is an event hosted by Happy Trails Animal Farm Sanctuary, Inc. The event takes place on November 3 at 1pm at the Acker-Moore Memorial Post/American Legion Hall, 3733 Fishcreek Road in Stow.  The cost for this event is $22 per person and you must RSVP.  This event will feature:  

* John Pierre, Trainer To The Stars.

* Scott Jones, Executive Chef at Mustard Seed Market, will be presenting to those individuals who RSVP for this event a delicious vegan dinner.

* There will be door prizes, raffle baskets, and a silent auction.

* You will also receive a goodie bag filled with holiday vegan recipes, a vegetarian starter kit, free tickets to visit the sanctuary, a full color picture of Homer the rescued turkey and lots of other goodies!
