Now What Was I Saying?? Ways to Maintain Your Brain

Many times when people think of staying healthy they think about the physical side of their body. But your brain needs to stay healthy too!  It is a critical part of your body and helps you will tasks like thinking, feeling and playing everyday.  Come out to learn about some of the steps you can take to make brain health part of your overall goals of healthy aging. 

The Cleveland Area Alzheimer's Association has an education program titled "Now What Was I Saying? Understanding and Enhancing Memory."  Kick off your summer on the right foot by learning about brain health and memory.  This interactive workshop will explains the basics of how the brain works, the primary principles of memory, techniques to improve your memory, and things you can do for overall brain health. You have three local opportunities to learn more!

  • Senior Enrichment Services of Oberlin, 90 E. College Street, Oberlin, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m., To register, call 440-775-1504.
  • Autumn Aegis Retirement Community, 1130 Tower Blvd., Lorain, 2 p.m -3 p.m. To register, call 440-989-5252.
  • Domonkas Library Branch, 4125 East Lake Road, Sheffield Lake, 7-8pm, to register, call 440-949-7410.
