Avon Lake residents join us Friday, August 17th from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. as we celebrate the Back to School Bash with a CRS Food Drive at the Ellen Trivanovich Aquatic Center. Avon Lake Parks and Recreation will kick off the celebration with family-friendly pool party. Zone Entertainment will D.J. the party with fun music, games and contests.
Admission is one non-perishable food item or a monetary donation to CRS. CRS is in need of canned fruit, canned meats, Spaghettios, Ravioli, peanut butter, jelly, chili, macaroni and cheese, spaghetti sauce, boxed side dish/helpers, and hearty soups. (Please no glass containers.)
Free giveaways to the first 100 guests through the gates. Enjoy our wonderful concession stand offering hot dogs, pizza, candy, ice cream and beverages for a small fee. Water noodles, beach balls and coast guard approved life jackets will be allowed in the pool for this event.

More About Ellen Trivonovich Aquatic Center
The Avon Lake pool in Bleser Park is also known as the Ellen Trivanovich Aquatic Center. Admission is restricted to residents and their guests (maximum two per visit).
The pool season is mid-June through Labor Day from 11am until 8pm. Learn-to-Swim programs are offered Monday through Friday before 11am. Pool passes and lessons may be purchased online after June 9th or at the facility during regular business hours.
This new facility has a lazy river, spray ground, two water slides and one family slide. It is recommended that residents buy their pass online and upload their own photos to print out a temporary pool pass and avoid long lines at the beginning of the season.
