Hospice 101
All too often, families are faced with end-of-life care for a loved one. Having information on hospice care before your family needs it would be helpful. Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. for a very informative program from Crossroads Hospice. They will dispel the myths and explain the benefits of modern hospice care. Yoga
Are you new to yoga, or interested in what it’s all about? Correct alignment and understanding the “breath” are essential to practicing yoga. Certified yoga instructor Natalie Sabin will guide you through a variety of basic poses and sun salutations on Tuesday, October 8 at 6:30 pm. Bring a mat or a beach towel.
