The Easter Bunny made an early visit to Avon on Saturday, hosting a pancake breakfast, visiting with excited children and posing for pictures at the Avon Senior Center.

 Spring into Avon, sponsored by the French Creek Development Association and the French Creek Merchants Association, drew large crowds for breakfast and other activities at the Olde Avon Village. In addition to pictures with the Easter Bunny at the Bunny House, children enjoyed face-painting, coloring contests and an Easter egg hunt around the Shoppes of Olde Avon Village.

Proceeds from the event are used for beautification projects in downtown Avon.
