Worth Mentioning: Avon Lake Sign Gently Reminds

With a beautiful weekend ahead, expect our friends of the two-wheeled variety (both motorcycles and bicycles) to be out in full force.
This sign along Lake Road in Avon Lake is a bright reminder to "look out." Lake Road is heavily traveled by both motorcyclists and bicyclists.
The signs, provided by the Ohio Department of Public Safety, are present throughout towns statewide.
In 2012, there were 165 motorcycle-related fatalities in Ohio. The state recorded more than 87 fatalities and 20,725 injuries from 2008 to 2012.
