This week on ALC-TV, the 2011 ArtsFest at activities, concerts and community fireworks are highlighted. Gerry Vogel and Jill Ralston highlight the activities and programs for the month of August on “Check This Out.”  Jan and Jean talk with Bob Brooks, a financial adviser with Edward Jones, on “City Happenings 101.”
