This week on ALC-TV, in the Flooding Issues Residents’ Meeting on Nov. 16, 2011 at , and the city of Avon Lake held a meeting to discuss what the utility and the city are doing, and what residents can do, to avoid basement flooding. This installment of “The Water Series” presents “Liquid Assets.”

This 90-minute documentary tells the story of essential infrastructure systems: water, wastewater and stormwater. It also explores the history, engineering challenges and political and economic realities in urban and rural locations.
