Author Fireside Chat

Join us on Sunday, March 3 from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m., for the final “Author Fireside Chat” with Avon Lake’s Mary Campisi. Campisi’s journey began by rewriting the endings to the books she read as a young girl. After a number of careers and life changing events, Campisi rediscovered writing and is now the author of a number of romance novels.

Manga Mania Club

If you love Japanese comics, then this program is for you. Join us on Tuesday, March 5 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. for an hour of anime movies, TV shows, Japanese snacks and more. For ages 11 – 16.

Tree House Club – Egg-stravaganza

Egg-splore science through egg-ceptional egg-speriments on Wednesday, March 6 from 4 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. Registration is required in DiscoveryWorks or by calling 440-933-7848. For ages 8 – 11.

Dance Workshop

Put on your dancing shoes and join us for a special dance workshop presented by instructors from Lakeshore DreamDance Company of Avon Lake on Tuesday, March 12 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. This workshop will feature a combination of jazz and musical theater dance styles. For ages 10 - 16. Registration is required at the YA desk or by calling 440-933-8128 x247.
