'Pass in Review' Author at Avon Library Oct. 2

Pass In Review Author Visit

 Clyde Cocke, Avon Lake resident and 1977 West Point graduate will be sharing his first work of nonfiction, Pass in Review, a during a free program, Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. at the Avon Branch Library. He will show photos, talk about West Point and the Long Gray Line and share his personal experiences with book publishing. After the program, the author will have copies of Pass in Review available for purchase and signing. Preregistration is required by calling the Avon Branch Library at 440-934-4743.

October Adult Evening Book Discussion

Adults are invited to join the Adult Evening Book Discussion Group when it meets, Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. at the Lorain Public Library System’s Avon Branch Library. The group will discuss The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton. Copies of the book are available at the Library. New members are welcome.
