Five Below locations already open in Northeast Ohio include Rocky River, Strongsville and a soon-to-be store opening in North Olmsted on August 12.

Five Below markets its products to teen and pre-teens, with everything in the store having a price tag from $1 to $5. The chain was created in 2002 in Wayne, Pa., and today there are more than 140 stores located throughout the eastern portion of the United States.
In addition to Avon Commons, Goodman Real Estate Services Group also leases space in the City Centre of Avon retail complex on Detroit Road across from the Commons.
Plans were submitted to the City of Avon last week to open a Jimmy John’s sandwich shop in City Centre.
Though not confirmed by city officials, information regarding City Centre on the company’s website show plans for Pat’s Cleaners, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt and Liquid Planet to open in the future. A company press release confirms the leasing of space to Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt.
Established in 1983, Jimmy John’s has been opening several locations recently throughout the area including North Olmsted. It is best known for its sub sandwiches, fresh-baked bread and fresh-sliced meats and other toppings. Delivery is also available.
Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt is a frozen yogurt franchise that offers self-serve frozen yogurt with a large selection of yogurt flavors and toppings. Since its start in 2007, Menchie’s has grown to over 60 locations in U.S. and Canada.
