Bay Village, Ohio – Best Town for Families

Bay Village a great home for families

Family Circle magazine recently announced the 10 Best Towns for Families for 2012 and our very own Bay Village was voted #1!

The criteria considered for this list includes outstanding schools, affordable housing, plenty of green space and a giving spirit.

Bay Village offers an idyllic setting, white picket fences, tree-lined streets and a 5 mile wooded shoreline on Lake Erie.  An easy commute to Cleveland makes this a popular suburb for those seeking a slower pace than “the big city” offers.  The school district consistently ranks in the top 5% of state schools; the student/teacher ratio is 16 to 1.  We all know schools are an important part of the equation when home buyers are deciding where to purchase, local residents will tell you the teachers are caring and the small class sizes mean students reap the rewards.
