As a local Senior Housing Specialist I have helped many families navigate the unique situation of assisting seniors make the move out of a home they may have been living in for 25, 35 or more years. This move brings a different set of questions, decisions, options than the “normal” real estate transaction.
Within the last 10 years we have seen the formation of the National Association of Senior Move Managers, with a membership count of over 700 there is a wide variety of services that are offered to seniors and their families.
