Searching For Your Next Home?

Real estate related searches on Google.com have grown 253% over the past four years, according to a joint study from the National Association of Realtors and Google.

Agents across the country have known for several years that most home buyers start their home search on the internet – and most buyers will search online for at least 6 months before they actually get “serious” about purchasing.

Home buyers know there are many sites that will allow them to see “everything” available – and some sites are easier to use than others.   I have heard from buyers over and over again that the best feature of a home search site is one that remembers your search, so you can pop online and check for updates with as few as clicks as possible.

Well, guess what? My home search page offers just that service!  I hope you will stop by, sign up, and use my site as you begin your search. The study goes on to say that at different stages of your home search you seek and use different online tools, such as Mortgage Info, Real Estate Terms, House Hunting Tips, Community Information, Buying Help & Tips.

While using the web is easy, convenient and offers no pressure . . . . no website can replace an knowledgeable and informed Real Estate Consultant.  When you are ready to talk and see homes, contact me.
