According to the Lorain County Auditor’s Office, six of the top-10 priciest homes sold this past week in Lorain County are located in Avon and Avon Lake.
Here they are:
- 2163 Ventanas Cir., Avon Lake, sold for $350,000
- 485 Waterside Dr., Avon Lake, sold for $315,000
- 31840 Walker Rd., Avon Lake, sold for $253,090
- 31880 Walker Rd., Avon Lake, sold for $250,000
- 31642 Newbury Dr., Avon Lake, sold for $208,000
- 2353 Conrad St., Avon, sold for $199,000
