Here's an upcoming event and a new, techy feature provided by the Avon Lake Public Library:

Mother-Daughter Tea
Grandmothers, mothers and daughters (ages 5 and up) are invited to enjoy a delightful “high tea” afternoon on Sunday, April 21 from 2 to 4 p.m. Caroline Urban, the “Apron Lady” will share her amazing collection of aprons and fascinating stories to go with each one. Children will do an apron craft. Prepaid registration at the Circulation desk is required by Sunday, April 14. Space is limited. Registration begins April 1; adult fee is $5 and girls are free. General public registration begins April 8; adult fee is $5 and girl’s fee is $3.
