Dedication of the Blue Star Memorial

Avon-on-the-Lake Garden Club with the cooperation of The
City of Avon Lake Invites You to Attend 
The Blue Star Memorial Dedication Ceremony on Sunday, September 22, 2013
at 1 p.m. in Veteran's Memorial Park, Lake Road and RT.83, Avon Lake, OH.



The Blue Star Memorial Program has been in existence through
the garden club movement for more than 65 years. National Garden Clubs, Inc. is
committed to placing Blue Star memorial markers on our highways and byways in
honor of our nation's past, present and future Armed Forces. Avon-on-the-Lake
Garden Club is proud to continue this wonderful program for the Avon Lake
Community by placing a Blue Star Memorial in our Veteran's Memorial Park.
Thanks to the citizens , business, and organizations which  donated money towards this project to happen.
