Honor your friends and loved ones with an "alternative gift" this holiday season. With over a dozen organizations and ministries to choose from, the gifts you purchase will help to transform the lives of those less fortunate.
Shop the Alternative Holiday Market at Avon Lake Presbyterian Church 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 20. Your purchases will provide 15 ministries with the resources to help transform the lives of those in need. Example: a gift of $5 to Medical Benevolence Foundation will buy medicine to treat malaria.
There will be a variety of gifts ranging from $1 to $300 that support local, national and international ministries. All purchases are tax deductible.
