Be part of the Avon / Avon Lake Relay for Life, a fun-filled overnight activity that mobilizes communities across the country to celebrate survivorship, remember those who lost their lives to cancer, and raise money for the fight against cancer. This is an American Cancer Society signature activity. This year’s theme is “Songs” in celebration of the Relay's 11th Anniversary.
The Relay returns to the Stadium, starting at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 4th and ends at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 5. To learn more about how you can get involved, please attend the next Committee or Team Captains’ Meeting. The meetings are held back to back on Monday, April 4 at the , 32649 Electric Blvd., Avon Lake. The Committee meeting starts at 6 p.m. and the Captain’s meeting starts at 7 p.m. All team captains are encouraged to attend.
