The Women's Auxiliary of the Avon-Avon Lake VFW is holding a car wash to benefit Valor Home of Lorain County. Valor Home is a program that helps homeless veterans in and around Lorain County. The group will also be collecting for Sew Much Comfort, a group that provides adaptive clothing to disabled and wounded veterans. Any amount donated is welcome.
