Flapjacks For Fisher House !

On October 26, 2013, the Lions will be holding a pancake breakfast to help raise funds to build a Fisher House in Cleveland.  Fisher House is a nationwide facility that gives families of wounded veterans a place to stay and receive support during the vet's treatment.  Rather than having the family reside in a commercial hotel, often on the other side of town, Fisher House allows them to stay within a couple hundred feet of their loved ones .  This allows family better access to their wounded warrior and is a positive factor in all treatments and rehab.
The breakfast will be at Applebees in Avon Commons (next to Home Depot ) and will be from 8-10 am.  Cost of the pancakes, eggs, meat, and drink , is $8 adults and $6 children under 10.  This is a great opportunity to show our soldiers that we do support them and that we want them and their families to be taken care of properly-see you there!
