Arlene W. "Link" Cotton (nee Wagstaff), 84
Longtime volunteer and avid golfer and tennis player died Dec. 5.
Arlene W. "Link" Cotton (nee Wagstaff), 84, of Avon Lake, passed away after a long illness, Monday Dec. 5, 2011 at Bradley Bay Health Center.
Link was an avid golfer and tennis player who also loved reading and learning, especially about science and history. She enjoyed gardening, painting, classical music and spent many years volunteering at a mental health clinic in Canton.
Cotton is survived by daughters, Virginia Cramer (Jack) of Avon Lake and Georgia Cotton of Denver; mother Lola Wagstaff Lawrie of Barrie, Ontario; and son-in-law Kerry Staller of Indiana. She is also survived by grandchildren Elizabeth Allen (George) of New York; Jeannie Dennis of Florida; Kelly Cramer of Ohio; Simeon, Joshua, Reuben, Caleb, Joel and Aaron Staller; great granddaughters Annabelle, Julia, and Catherine Allen. Other survivors include cousin Doug Hutchison (Louise) of Miami, FL.

Link is preceded in death by daughter Barbara Staller, infant grandson Nathaniel Staller; father Wayne Wagstaff; brother James Wagstaff; husband William Cotton; aunt and uncle Verna & Andrew Hutchison and cousin Keith Hutchison.
