Isabelle Clapp, 14, Freshman at Avon Lake High School

Visitation is Sept. 11, burial is Sept. 12

Isabelle Clapp, age14, of Avon Lake passed away unexpectedly at her home Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012.

She was born Nov. 26, 1997 in Guatemala City, Guatemala and was lovingly welcomed into the Clapp family in May 1998 at 5 months of age.

Isabelle was a freshman at and a member of in Avon Lake. She was involved in freshman cheerleading and was a fantastic tumbler. She loved animals, especially dogs, and spending time with her friends and having family get-togethers. Her favorite foods were ice cream and pickles. She performed in the ALHS production of "Music Man."

She enjoyed road trips, music, Shirley Temple drinks, BW3's and her vacation to St. Johns Island.

She will be deeply missed by many.

Isabelle is survived by her mother Teresa L. (nee Kazimer) Clapp; brothers Alex, Nathan, Cameron Clapp; half-brother Jason Clapp and half-sister Danelle Bennington (Troy); granddaughter of William and Mary Ann Kazimer; aunts Renee Matgouranis (Peter), uncle Greg Kazimer (Debbie) and aunt Susann Mick (Tom) and cousins, Nicole, Christopher, Rachel, Hannah, Samantha and Benjamin.

She was preceded in death by her father Kent W. Clapp (2008) and grandmother Alma Moore.

Friends may call at Busch Funeral Home, 163 Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake from 2 p.m. -7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 410 Lear Road, Avon Lake Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 10:30am. Rev. Donald Snyder will officiate.
