Mary Grace Yurmanovich, Died Christmas Day

Formerly worked at Lorain Products, Novotny Catering

Mary Grace Yurmanovich (nee Conti), 92 of Avon Lake passed away Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012 following a lengthy battle with dementia. She was born on Oct. 9, 1920 in Lilly, PA.

Mary Grace was an assembler at Lorain Products, a homemaker and worked for Novotny Catering. She was a graduate from Lilly High School in Lilly, PA. She was an active member at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Avon Lake.

She loved to go bowling, dancing, shopping at the mall and going to lunch with friends.

She is survived by her daughter Laura (David) Aslaksen of Avon Lake, her daughter-in-law Carol Yurmanovich of Avon Lake; and her three grandchildren Michael P. III (Coletta) Yurmanovich, Donald (Twinkle) Yurmanovich, and Rachel (Darryl) Kirchner. Mary Grace is preceded in death by her husband Michael P.; son Michael P. II; eight brothers; three sisters; and her parents, Dominic and Angelina Conti.

Friends may call at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, 32929 Lake Road, Avon Lake from 9-10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Church. Fr. Timothy O'Connor will officiate.

Entombment will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 3700 Center Road, Avon. I
