Mary Louise "Sarge" Bulger, 79, Lorain County Sheriff's Department Retiree

Mary Louise “Sarge” Bulger (nee Kelling), 79, of Avon Lake, a retired sergeant with the Lorain County Sheriff's Department, died Oct. 18.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Charles H.; children, Amy Miller and Michael; and six grandchildren.

Calling hours are 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, at , 36363 Detroit Road, Avon.

Closing prayers will be offered at the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21, followed by 10 a.m. Mass at , 2640 Stoney Ridge Road,  Avon.
