When not caring for her husband, children and grandchildren who know her as Baba, she kept busy by being a top-level seamstress and craftswoman. She found great pleasure in making things for her children. She enjoyed shopping, as well as cooking and baking traditional Eastern European Foods. Her family described her as one that would always tell it like it was, and they will always remember her sense of humor and way with words.
