Phyllis Louise Penning (nee Johnson), 90, of Avon Lake died on Jan. 19, 2012.
She was the beloved wife of William; mother of Jim (Susan), Scott (Fay) and Peg Neudeck (Tom); grandmother of Ryan (Katie), Melissa (Charlie Stewartwood-fiance), Nick and Max Penning, and Carlie Straub (Jim); great-grandmother of Alexa Penning, Sophie Stewartwood, Isabel and Sophie Straub; sister of Carl Johnson and Helen.
