Theresa A. Balmert, age 78, passed away on Aug. 27, 2012 after a brief illness.
She was born on Oct. 16, 1933 in Avon and lived her entire life in Avon Lake.
She was employed as a supervisor in the Order Department at Strong, Carlisle, and Hammond for several years.

Theresa was a member of in Avon Lake and enjoyed playing bingo and travelling.
She is survived by her sister Evelyn Balmert of Avon Lake and dearest friends Michelle and Ron Wimmer, Stephanie and Jon Briggs and Bryan and Andrew Wimmer.

She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Mary (nee DeChant) Balmert, brother George, and sisters Rose, Rita and Katie.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday Sept. 1 at 10:30 a.m. at Cemetery in Avon. Please meet at the cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Monastery of the Poor Clares, 3501 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, Ohio 44111.
