Avon Lake Fines Handed Out For Drunk Driving, Disorderly Conduct

Scott Albraugh, SR 150, Rayland, Ohio fined $150 for no operators license.

Kelly Bailey, Lake Road, Avon Lake 10 days jail (suspended) for disorderly conduct.

Britney Bedillion, Ohio Street, Vermilion bound over to the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas for drug possession and petty theft.

Michael Britt Herrmann Drive, Avon Lake fined $50 for stop sign violation and $30 for seat belt violation.

Jeffrey Burgess, Behn Drive, North Ridgeville found guilty of disorderly conduct and ordered to serve 20 hours community service.

Jonathon Callahan, Country Club Boulevard, North Olmsted fined $100 and license suspended for six months for possession of drug paraphermnalia.

Jeffrey Egan, Grove Street, Avon Lake fined $150 disorderly conduct-intoxication.

Christopher Fridly, Howell Street, Sheffield Lake fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

James Hartford, Hawk Street, Toledo fined $350 for physical control violation.

Michael Kaczmarek, Ridgeland, Avon fined $150 for no operator’s license.

Tania Koutsopoulos, Middle Avenue, Elyria sentenced to 30 days jail (22 suspended) for petty theft and possession of a controlled substance.

Andrew Matos, Atlas Drive, Lorain fined $350 ($200 suspended) 30 days jail (27 suspended and license suspended for 3 months for suspected OVI.

Gregory Molina, State Road, Parma sentenced to 30 days jail (25 suspended) for theft.

 Michael Perhne, North Sandy Lane, Avon fined $250, 30 days jail (27 suspended and license suspended for 6 months for reckless operation and $125 for failure to dim lights.

Eric Sackett, Pebble Lake Trail, North Ridgeville fined $150 and license suspended for six month for possession of drugs.

Robert Schnaufer, Oakwood Drive, Avon Lake fined $150 for disorderly conduct-intoxication.

Charles Tully, Bellaire Road, Avon Lake fined $500, 30 days jail (27 suspended) and license suspended for 6 months for OVI.
