David Hess, Gessner Road, North Olmsted fined $238 for excess weight.

David Agosto, Cypress East, Avon fined $150 and license suspended for three months for driving under suspension.

Andrew Solnick Jr., Erieview Boulevard, Sheffield Lake suspended jail sentence for criminal damaging and aggravated trespassing.

Jonathon Callahan, Stoney Ridge, Avon bound over to the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas to answer to charges of receiving stolen property.

Michael Capp, E. 37th, Lorain fined $500, six days jail and license suspended for one year for operating a vehicle under the influence.

Cory Frank, Regency Court, Avon Lake fined $100 for assured clear distance.

Michael Frye, N. Doovys, Avon fiend $525, 3 days jail and license suspended for one year for operating a vehicle while under the influence.

Jacob Corbin, Moore Road, Avon Lake sentenced to 5 days jail for menacing.

Deborah Creter, Carriage Lane, Avon Lake fined $150 for traffic lane violation.
