Kristen Guthrie, Moore Road, Avon Lake fined $525, 10 days jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and fined $250 for driving with a restricted license.

Vincent Russell, Fay Avenue, Avon Lake bound over the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas to answer charges of burglary/trespassing in an occupied structure.

James Barnes, Vintage point, Avon lake fined $75 for failure to yield.

Cynthia Kopriva, Detroit Road, Avon fined $375, three days jail and license suspended for one year for operating a vehicle which under the influence.

Martin Sartoski, Woodstock, Avon Lake sentenced to a 30-day suspended sentence for menacing.

Richard Jimenez, Saddlecreek, Avon fined $75 for speeding.

William Aponte Jr., Abbe Road, Elyria sentenced to 10 days jail for assault.

Danny Davis Jr., Denison, Elyria bound over to Lorain County Court of Common Pleas to answer charges of aggravated trafficking, possession of drugs and 12 pt. driving under suspension charge.

Kyle Hutson, Avon Belden, Avon Lake fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Daniel Pavlovich, Lakewood, Avon Lake fined $525, 19 days jail and license suspended for two years for operating a vehicle while under the influence and fined $100 for open container.

Allen Retay, Bayview Drive, Avon Lake fined $25 for lack of flotation device.
