Update: Identified Man at Miller Road Park Likely Drowned

Michael Foreman was from North Olmsted

have released the name of the man found dead at on Aug. 13 as Michael Foreman, 34, of North Olmsted.

Although an official cause of death has not been released, Lorain County Coroner Dr. Stephen Evans said drowning was likely.

“It appears to be an accidental drowning,” Lorain County Coroner Dr. Stephen Evans said. “Nothing else is showing up at this time.”      

just east of the fishing pier in the designated swimming area of Miller Road Park, at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Aug. 13 by a passer by. Foreman was deceased when rescue workers arrived.

His Porche was later towed from the Miller Road Park parking lot.

His death remains under investigation.
