Khaled Ghafir, Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake, fined $150 for no operator’s license.

Julie Lau, Napa Boulevard, Avon 10 days jail (suspended) for disorderly conduct.

Dean Leibas, Forest Hill Drive, Avon Lake fined $75 for assured clear distance.

Rachel Miller, Electric Boulevard, Avon Lake 10 days jail (suspended) for disorderly conduct.

David Powers, Redwood Boulevard fined $100, 30 days jail (suspended) for disorderly conduct/intoxication and $100 for weapon while intoxicated.

Amy Shoop, Dakota Run, Avon Lake fined $250 for speeding. 

Emily Turza, Riverwood Avenue, Rocky River fined $375, 30 days jail (27 suspended) and license suspended for six months for OVI.

Christiana Woods, Jaycox Road, Avon Lake 30 days jail (suspended) for failure to reinstate and $150 for traffic control device.

Timothy Davis, Legends Row, Avon Lake fined $66 for speeding.

Konstantin Muntyan, Frowles Road, Middleburg Heights fined $240 for tandem axle overload.

Aarika Baker, Jaycox Road, Avon Lake fined $100 for assured clear distance.

Dean Nelson, Sunset Road Avon Lake fined $100 for no operator’s license

John Sheridan, Miller Road, Avon lake fined $150 for no operator’s license and $20 for no rear plate.

Cecilia Thomas, Garden Avenue, Lorain, bound over to the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas for theft.

Audra Monschein, Cherry Valley Drive, Amherst fined $100 for speeding.

Michael Montgomery, Canton Avenue 30 days jail (29 suspended) for violation of temporary restraining order and license suspended for six months for possession of marijuana.

Charles Moore, Moore Road, Avon Lake fined $150 for no operator’s license.

Jennifer Negulescu, Electric Boulevard, Avon Lake fined $75 for traffic control device.

Kirk Swales, Napa Boulevard, Avon fined $50 for consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Jennifer Grim, Ventanas Circle, Avon Lake fined $91 for speeding.
