In the Courts: Theft, Pandering, DUIs and Forgery

Paul Bonneau Jr., Lear Road, Avon fined $525,  90 days jail (80 suspended) license suspended for one year for refusal (breathalyzer), for the second refusal in 20 years.

 Sean Breitweg, Jaycox Road, Avon Lake fined $100 for assured clear distance.

 Donald Gregoir, Elton Street, Streetsboro bound over to the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas for attempted unlawful sexual contact, pandering, possession of criminal tools and importuning.

Matthew Holt, Edgewater Drive, Sheffield Lake, fined $75 for improper turn.

Renee Hoover, Pinewood Drive, Sheffield Lake fined $250,  30 days jail (27 suspended) and license suspended for one year for physical control and $150 for hit skip.

 Johnathan Phinney, Oberlin Avenue, Lorain fined $250,  30 days jail (suspended) for FRA suspension.

Marianne Thome, N. Lear Nagle Road, North Ridgeville fined $250,  30 days jail (suspended) and license suspended for six months for physical control and $50 for traffic lane violation.

Kevin Dahl, Astoria Way, Avon fined $500,  30 days jail (27 suspended) and license suspended for six month for physical control and fined $150 for failure to yield.

 Alfred Mielcarek, Chester Road, Avon fined $66 for right of way.

 Jared Mitchell, S. River Street, Wakeman fined $150 for assured clear distance

 Daniel Roberts, Armour Road, Avon Lake fined $100 for assured clear distance.

Eric Snyder, Brookfield Road, Avon Lake fined $200,  30 days jail (suspended) for no operators license.

Kenyada Woodall, W. 17th Street, Lorain, fined $100 for no operator’s license.

 Rosalind Dowdell, Druff Drive, Avon Lake fined $91 for speeding.

Steven Baechle, Anne Drive, Berea fined $511 for tandem axle overload.

Matthew Baker, Cottonwood Court, Avon Lake fined $150 for speeding.

Dale Bugg, Bagley Road, Olmsted Falls,  10 days jail for petty theft.

 Mohammad Elder, Brown Road, Lakewood fined $150 for possession of marijuana and $150 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

 Robert Fox, Beachwood Drive, Avon Lake bound over to Lorain County Court of Common Pleas for forgery/uttering.

 James Gehm, Hiawatha Drive, Vermilion bound over to Lorain County Court of Common Pleas for theft.

 Kevin Gittere, 270 Pearl Avenue, fined $1,000,  360 days prison (330 suspended) and license suspended for 5 years for OVI. 

Kevin Gittere, Vinewood Drive, Avon Lake fined $250,  180 days jail (150 suspended) for non-compliance/financial responsibility.

 Crystal Hale, Denise Drive, North Ridgeville, fined $500,  30 days jail (27 suspended) for physical control and $100 for weaving. 

 Daniel Kickham, Irving Park Boulevard, Sheffield Lake fined $750,  90 days jail (80 suspended) and license suspended for one year for OVI.
