The following information was supplied by the Avon police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A couple was caught by “acting inappropriately” in their car parked at around 5:14 p.m. on January 10.
Police told them not to return to the stadium unless they had business there or they would be cited for trespassing.
Theft Charges
An Avon man faces several felony charges after equipment was reported stolen from Poruban Nursery.

Seth Nagel, 19, was arrested on Jan. 10. He has been charged with theft, possession of criminal tools, vandalism and breaking and entering. All are felonies.
